The signing ceremony was witnessed by Singapore Minister for Trade & Industry, Gan Kim Yong, and Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, during the Singapore-Indonesia Leaders' Retreat held in Singapore.
